All orders placed before 12 pm (noon) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next working day.

We offer free delivery to all areas in Kuwait, and your order will be delivered by a member of our logistics team.

We have a 14-day exchange and returns policy, which means your item must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from date of purchase.

Refunds will only be issued if the return is made within 24 hours from time of purchase, as per Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014 concerning gold and watches.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
