A graduate of London’s Central Saint Martins art and design school, Joanna Dahdah’s colorful aesthetic and intentional symbolism find their roots in her Lebanese heritage. After spending several years as a bench jeweler to hone her craft, today she has a flagship store in Beirut and a global following for her intentional jewels, designed to honor the wearer’s personal story. From richly decorated hearts, to tiny pomegranates and emerald horseshoes, her beautifully crafted gemstone pendants tap into universal symbols to create mix-and-match charm necklaces.

Tell me about your journey into jewellery.
knew I wanted to get into jewelry design after I took a summer course in jewelry-making when I was 16 years old, during a summer camp in the US.
